Sorachi
Ace poured a hazy, yellow color with a two-fingered width, frothy, white head. The aroma is earthy, with lemongrass
notes. The body is smooth, with a full, creamy mouthfeel, medium carbonation, and a pale malt base.
There are plenty of light flavors blending well together, spices, citrus, and grassy notes. The glass was
left with a coat of hanging lace. The beer finishes with a light dryness. Overall, this is a very nice beer
that is perfect for the warm weather. It hides the ABV extremely well, drinking a lot easier then its 7.6%.
