Cortland's Hefeweizen poured a cloudy, golden yellow color with a pen width, white head. The aroma is pleasant,
with deep wheat and citrus notes. The body has some very faint banana up front but is thin and watery in the middle
with really nothing other than some faint wheat. The finish offers a slight, lingering bitterness. Overall, a below average
wheat beer. There are some nice aspects, but there is not enough flavor and the beer just falls apart.
