Irish
Ale poured a clear, ruby red color with a twi fingered, off white head. The aroma is simple yet nice, consisting of
mostly bready malt. The body is smooth with a strong malt backbone with some light hops on the backend. The
finish offers up a light dryness and a bitterness that works well to balance the malt. There was some hanging
lace left on the glass. Overall, this is beer for beer drinkers who like every day, easy drinking beers that
really fit within style guidelines. This will make for a nice session and a better choice then Guinness on Saint
Patty's day.
