Celeste Beatty, foundered Harlem Brewing Company in 2000. The beer is contract
brewed at the Olde Saratoga Brewing Company in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Beatty plans to open a brewery on 125th Street in the Create @ Harlem Garden
space. The planned facility will have a hop garden on the roof, a gift shop, a tasting room and a museum that showcases the
history of brewing in New York City.
