Hot-Jala-Heim poured a clear, orangey color with a finger width, off white head. The nosy
is spicy dominated by the small of hot nachos. The body is smooth, very short and delicate with a warmth up front that
dies out quickly and lets the malt show through in the middle. The warmth comes back on the finish with some pepper
and lingers for a bit. Overall, this is well made, one of the best beers I have ever had in this style. The spice/heat
is there without being overwhelming and the beer tastes like "liquid nachos". This might be the most interesting
beer in New York.
