Ithaca's Apricot Wheat poured a semi-hazy, golden yellow color with a thumb width, white head. The aroma has
a lot of big, ripe apricots with some light wheat underneath. The body is semi-sweet with more light wheat and
a decent amount of fruit up front. The beer falls apart on the finish, with a light lingering bitterness that does not
match, nor stand up to the body. Overall this is a below average beer that starts our promising and just fell apart.
