Brute poured a cloudy, golden yellow color with
a two fingered, small bubble, white head. The aroma offers a little earthiness and very tart sour notes. The body is
crisp, with huge carbonation, green apple, and vinegar before thinning a bit in the middle, with lime notes and the wheat
peaking through a bit. The carbonation comes back alive at the end with a big blast of tartness, followed by a
bit of yeast, and a bubbly dryness. Overall, this is just an amazing beer. It is complex and layered with the mild
body providing a wonderful base for all of the flavors to work with. The ABV is hidden perfectly, and each sip
reveals something new. Simply put, buy as much of this beer as you can when you can find it.
