off white head. The aroma is clean with some light malt, but the real star of the show is the huge hopped
nose with the cascade showing through most prominently. The body has a real decent amount of malt up front
with a light sweetness, before the hops burst through leading to a quite hoppy, real dry lingering finish that dries out the
palate. There was some faint lacing left on the glass. Overall, this is a big IPA and
I simply love it. The beer is extremely well balanced and the malt stays on the palate when the hops start
to take over rather than fading out. The 8% is hidden by a big, bold body but the beer still packs a punch.
This is an IPA that all craft beer lovers should try.
