Ithaca’s Pils poured a a clear, golden yellow color with a thumb width white head.
The aroma is subtle yet pleasant, with the malts and hops meshing nicely without overwhelming each other.
The body is short and delicat with some light malt before the hops come in leading towards a hoppy, dry finish that
lingers on the palate. Overall, this is a really good pils, clean up front, drinkable and refreshing with
a good body and an almost perfect finish. Hats off again to the IBC.
