Grail Ale poured a dark reddish brown color with an off white small bubbly head. The first sip
gave off unsweetedned followed by lots more malt in the middle. The middle of the body has a champagne like crispness
and is extremely smooth. The finish seems to be lacking a little, at least in comparison with the rest of the beer.
Middle Ages has made quite a nice ale here, with plenty of flavor up front, and while the finish lacks this would be
an ideal session beer.
