Tripel Crown poured a clear amber color with a small off
white head. The nose had malt but the overwhelming aromas were fruit, ripe and fermented, most likely apricot.
The first sip had more light malt with fruity esters at the front that add a real sweetness to the body. The beer
had a slight hint of dryness at the end but is not enough to balance the beer out. The beer is smooth but that
is due more to the sweetand fruity nature rather then being naturally even. This is a good beer if you are into
the fruity style and would even be enjoyable for dessert with a fruit cobbler.
