Hop Warrior poured a dark copper color with a finger width, off white head. The aroma is malty
with some noticable sweetness. The body is thick, with a malt backbone and a little sugary up front. There are
some floral hops before the sweetness dries out leaving clean, bitter, hoppy finish. and a prolonged lingering
dryness. The glass was coated with lace. Overall, this is a really nice under the rader beer from a small brewer.
It has a big sturdy backbone and the sugar blances out the 100+ IBUs nicely. This is a great sipping beer.
