Kolsch poured
a a clear golden yellow color with a two fingered width, small bubbled, white
head. The aroma is very nice, light with sweet malt . The body is thin, with the sweet malt from the nose. The mouthfeel
is a little thicker up (for the style) before a crisp finish that leaves a perfect amount of dryness. Overall, a nice
representative of the style, and a great warm weather beer. Simple, balanced, delicate, and with the right amount of
depth, this is a nice beer from Saranac.
