white head. The aroma has that typical pilsner yeast. The body is fairly deep for a pilsner. A simple malt profile
leads to a crisp, mild, dry finish with a few faint spicy hops on the backend. Overall, this is one of the better pilsners
in New York State. It is easy drinking and great up front but the typical pilsner finish leaves the beer a little unbalanced.
