Pils poured a semi hazy, golden straw color with a thumb width, frothy, white head. The aroma is very
nice, clean hops meshing well with notes of corn bread. The body is crisp, with a pale malt middle and a lemony
accent, which is followed by a dry, hoppy finish that lingers perfectly, without being overdone.
The beer left rings of hanging lace on the glass. Overall, this is an absolutely brilliant beer, possibly Southampton's
best from a line of great beers. Keller Pils is balanced, easy drinking with plenty of different notes and aromas
to please the senses. A truly wonderful beer.
