Cuvee Series Two poured a cloudy, mahogony color, with a pen width, off white head.  The aroma was huge, with oak, vanilla, dark fruit, and alcohol.  The body is thick and syrupy with a buttery mouthfeel.  Heavy on the palate, all of the flavors from the nose carry over to the body with plenty of sugary notes.  The finish offers a little dryness with the entire body just fading.  Overall, a decent beer that is an absolute monster.  This is a sipper that needs to be aged, paired with food, or drank as an apertif.  A "maple syrup bourbon" this is well made with plenty of flavor but can be just a little too much at times.

The ultimate resource for beer drinkers!
