gemini poured a cloudy, copper color
with a two fingered width, off white head. The aroma is clean and inviting, smelling of fresh, pungent hops. The
body is smooth, with a little honey like sweetness. Gemini finishes with a light alcohol warmth and leaves a little
bit of hanging lace. Overall, this is a great beer. The unfiltered hoppe lends cask-like characteristics to this
beer, as well as toning down the unearthly just a bit. Gemini takes two very, very good beers from Southern Tier and
makes a fantastic blend. This is one of their all-time bests and is a must try.
