The nose was malty and the malt was even more apparent on the first sip. The middle is smooth and there are some hops
on the finish. I believe that Southern Tier is trying to create a session beer that does not sacrifice the great taste
of some of the higher ABV beers, but is not as rich and overwhelming. Overall, I love their idea and I like this beer,
but I still think it is lacking just a little something right in the middle.
